Hi, I'm Fabiana Pragier

Trained at Le Cordon Bleu London, Fabi Pragier is a chef, baker, and founder of Fabi Pragier - London, a brand dedicated to gluten- and dairy-free cakes and desserts.

Drawing from her entrepreneurial background, Polish and Brazilian roots, and personal experience with dietary intolerances, Fabi has made it her mission to create delicious, inclusive recipes that everyone can enjoy.

She also creates products for the food industry and teaches how to bake, practical skills and step-by-step techniques to help students of all experience levels succeed in creating gluten- and dairy-free baked goods, from cakes to breads and desserts.
